The Pretreatment Compliance Specialist
administers
the District's Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) program including researching
and preparing the ordinance.
Fats, Oils and
Grease (FOG) are a hidden dangerous pollutant in our community. The District has taken the initiative to
educate its customers on the harmful effects of FOG and the
prevention steps our customers need to take. Suani Nieto, the
District’s Pretreatment Compliance Specialist is available for
questions and comments. She is also available for presentations.
