The District exists solely to serve its customer base through the provision of wastewater collection and treatment services. The District's Service Area encompasses some of the fastest growing area in Indiana, particularly for residential development. The area served by CTRWD is located primarily in Hamilton County, Indiana, north of Indianapolis and west of the City of Carmel. The District provides services to development in four different planning and zoning jurisdictions: Carmel-Clay, the Town of Zionsville, the Boone County Area Planning Commission, and Marion County.
