IDEM Application |
The District shall be copied all documents submitted to IDEM including application, list of affected persons. |

IDEM Approval |
Submit to the District a copy of of the executed IDEM permit. |

Pre-Construction Meeting |
Schedule a pre-construction meeting and provide three sets of paper plans, one digital set, a certificate of insurance, recorded plats and all plan review, inspection and interceptor fees due. |

Construction & Inspection |
|

|
Set of Plans |
A set of plans marked "Released for Construction" shall be on-site for the duration of construction. |

|
Testing of Sewers and Manholes |
All sanitary sewer improvements shall be tested in accordance with District and State standards. |
| |
|
Letter of Completion & Compliance |
After all testing and punch list items have been satisfied, the District will issue a Letter of Completion & Compliance allowing the project to move to the dedication phase. |
| |
|
As-Builts |
The District requires that one set of as-builts be sent to the inspecting engineer for review. Upon reviewer's acceptance of the as-built plans, all dedication submittals must be complete and sent to the CTRWD office. (Note: As-built review by the inspecting engineer is considered part of the 60 day dedication process.) |
